AEE Report  (assessment of the environmental effects report) or planning report

Completion of Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE), associated planning documentation, and lodgement with Council. This is the main report required for any Land use and a subdivision Resource consent.

The AEE is prepared in accordance with the requirements of Section 88 and the Fourth Schedule of the Resource Management Act (RMA) and  contain the following information:

1. Background to the Project
2. A description of the proposed activity and existing environment
3. An assessment of the actual and potential effects of the Project on the environment, including the
mitigation proposed
4.Outcomes of consultation undertaken
5. An analysis of the Project against the provisions of the RMA and the relevant statutory documents
