As-built Survey

Two as-built surveys are included in this fee item. The first as-built survey is for the built infrastructure prior to driveways and buildings going on-site, this is to ensure built levels comply with the EPA approval prior to driveways and buildings being constructed. The second as-built survey confirms lid levels and ground profiles of overland flow paths if required
