Engineering Plan Approval (EPA)

Prepare Engineering Plan Approval (EPA) Application forms and complete associated reporting and detailed design. Engineering Plan Approvals are required where new public assets (stormwater/wastewater pipes, manholes etc.) are proposed to service a development. The EPA can be applied for concurrently with a Resource consent application. EPA approvals are required to be in place by council prior to the Building Consents for the dwellings they serve being submitted.
