Certificate of Title NZ is not a law firm, conveyancer, solicitor, settlement agent, financial adviser, property adviser, planner, surveyor, valuer, engineer, or due diligence adviser.

We do not provide legal, conveyancing, financial, settlement, planning, surveying, valuation, investment, property, building, engineering, or due diligence advice.

Our service is limited to property record search and document retrieval.
